Relationship Club subscriber privacy
This notice applies to the free Relationship Club email signup. It is separate from counseling records and paid membership.
What we store
We store the name and email address you provide, your consent record and its version, signup and confirmation dates, and your subscription status. Confirmation tokens are stored as one-way hashes and expire after 24 hours.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm your signup, send Relationship Club email you consented to receive, honor unsubscribe requests, and protect the signup service from abuse. Free enrollment does not provide paid access.
Email delivery
Resend processes email delivery for us. The sending API key is stored as a protected server-side secret and is not included in the page sent to your browser. Daily and weekly campaigns are currently paused; until they are separately enabled, email is limited to signup confirmation and consent-related messages.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe using a link in a Relationship Club email. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact calvinsmith@calvinsmiththerapy.com.
This email program is not a counseling or crisis service. Do not submit health, counseling, or emergency information through the signup form.
