Calvin Smith,

Calvin works with people carrying demanding responsibilities at home, at work, and in their relationships. His approach brings a direct, collaborative conversation together with practical tools for emotional well-being, communication, boundaries, and personal growth.
His professional background includes individual and couples counseling, family and divorce mediation, employee assistance, and support for military families. Graduate training in Christian counseling, industrial and organizational psychology, and rehabilitation psychology informs how he considers the connections between personal life, relationships, work, and health.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, grief, caregiving, a major transition, or a relationship that feels stuck, the work begins with understanding your experience and identifying what you want to change.
