Separate from concierge monthly care. Consultation, eligibility, separate participant agreements, payment verification, and approval precede activation. Advanced and Premium are individually scoped; request a written comparison of their inclusions before choosing a tier.
Before booking
- Clinical fit, availability, appointment hours, payment timing, cancellation, rescheduling, and unused-session terms are confirmed in the service agreement before enrollment or booking.
- In-city care is available only where Calvin is authorized to practice. A two-day visit does not mean continuous therapy or around-the-clock availability.
- Couples University is a separate program. Contact Calvin to discuss your curriculum tier.
