One hour to invest in your relationship.

Participate in guided conversations, practical teaching, and exercises you can use together at home. Each workshop focuses on a relationship skill, gives couples time to practice, and closes with a small action plan for the weeks ahead. You may participate without sharing private relationship details with the group.

Topics couples can explore

Communication that connects

Practice listening, expressing needs clearly, and checking assumptions before responding.

Conflict, repair & reconnection

Recognize escalation, take a constructive pause, and return to a conversation with a plan.

Build appreciation, enjoyable date rituals, and affection that respects each partner’s comfort.

Discuss your relationship goals, learn how Couples University works, and explore workshops, guided programs, and community participation. Ask questions about the format, enrollment, and which option fits your next step.

Request an orientation by email with two or three preferred times and your time zone. CLM will confirm the appointment and any applicable fee before booking.

The Relationship Community

Join social chat groups hosted by Couples University for people who want to keep learning about relationships and connect with others who share that interest. Exchange ideas, discuss relationship topics, celebrate progress, and bring everyday skills into practice.

Couples University on Clubhouse
